By accessing and using VikTech's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

VikTech provides software development services including but not limited to:

  • AI and machine learning solutions
  • E-commerce development
  • Custom software solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Make payments as agreed in the project contract
  • Provide necessary access and resources for project completion

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. VikTech retains the right to use general methodologies, tools, and frameworks in other projects.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

  • Advance payment before project commencement
  • Milestone-based payments for larger projects
  • Final payment upon project delivery

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, project details, and business data shared with us during the course of our engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

VikTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Patna, Bihar.
